Ongoing advice on which relationships deserve the most attention, how to sequence engagement deliberately, and how to adjust your approach as circumstances change. Grounded in the same stakeholder prioritisation methodology used in the R2R Framework.
Issue and relationship navigation
When a stakeholder relationship becomes sensitive — a regulator signals concern, a community issue surfaces, a government priority shifts — you have a trusted adviser to think it through with before you act. Guidance on what to say, what not to say, how to sequence it, and what the long game looks like.
Engagement strategy and preparation
Support for significant stakeholder engagements: key meetings, consultations, briefings or submissions. Advice on objectives, framing, sequencing and likely responses so you walk in prepared.
Access between sessions
Direct access by phone or email for questions, sense-checking or time-sensitive advice between monthly sessions. Responses within one business day for routine matters; same day where urgency warrants it.
Quarterly review
A more substantial conversation each quarter to assess the health of your key relationships, review the stakeholder landscape for emerging risks or opportunities, and reset priorities for the next quarter.
This service does not include media management, content production, event facilitation or stakeholder engagement delivery on your behalf. Tracy advises and prepares you and your team lead the relationships. Where delivery support is needed, that is scoped separately.
