Creative Territory is a boutique communication consultancy headquartered in the Northern Territory. We specialise in crisis leadership and stakeholder engagement.

It was established in 2006 by Tracy Jones. After a short period of inactivity when Tracy was working for a client full-time, she re-established the business in 2025.

We believe in the power of a systemised approach to our work, using data to inform strategy, measure results and drive improvement. We use the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle to identify insights, evolve our practice and strengthen our impact.

Our ethical standards align with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We prioritise transparency and collaboration, working closely with clients to ensure shared goals and a common understanding.
